Sending Hugs is a family-owned business located in Sydney, New South Wales. We use Australia Post for delivery anywhere in Australia. Enjoy Free Express shipping on all orders over $140.00. Shipping costs for orders under $140.00 are a flat rate of $12.95 via Express Post. We aim to dispatch in-stock goods within 1 working day of receipt of payment.

Deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). We can try and accommodate requests for delivery on specific dates, however, we can’t make any guarantees as any delays with delivery are out of our control.

Please Note: We use Australia Post and base our delivery expectations on their guidelines. Once an item is sent, we rely solely on their service to get your order to you or the recipient in the estimated time frame. The delivery side is completely out of our hands and we cannot be held responsible if there is a hold-up with delivery. How to Wash and Dry:

- Wash your socks inside out.
- For best results, hand wash them using a gentle detergent or wool wash.
- If hand washing isn’t possible, machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle with a mild detergent or wool wash. (Using a lingerie bag is a bonus!)
- Always line dry. Avoid using the dryer.
- Please do not use bleach-based detergents or fabric softeners.

How to Care for Pilling: Cashmere is a delicate natural fibre, so some pilling or bobbling is completely normal, especially in areas where the fabric rubs. This doesn’t affect the warmth or comfort of your socks. To freshen them up, simply use a pilling comb or fabric shaver to gently remove any pills.
