We dispatch Australian orders from the Central Coast, NSW (postcode 2250) using Australia Post Express. Please check the Christmas delivery guidance and our holiday dispatch dates below before ordering.
Our final pre-Christmas dispatch day is Wednesday 23 December 2026. Dispatch on this date does not guarantee delivery before Christmas.
When Should I Order for Christmas Delivery?
Please order as early as possible, particularly for regional and remote addresses, Western Australia, the Northern Territory and gifts needed before a workplace closes.
Australia Post has published these 2026 Express Post last lodgement dates for parcels travelling between metro locations:

These published metro-to-metro dates are general guidance, rather than confirmed last-order dates for parcels dispatched from our Central Coast location (postcode 2250). Regional origins and destinations, remote addresses and offshore locations need extra time or have different cut-offs.
We recommend ordering well before these dates. A gift dispatched on our final shipping day may arrive after Christmas.

Same-Day Dispatch Before 12 Noon
On our scheduled dispatch days, in-stock orders placed before 12 noon NSW local time are generally dispatched the same day, subject to payment confirmation and product availability.
Orders received after 12 noon, on weekends or during our Christmas closure will be processed on our next scheduled dispatch day. In December, NSW observes Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT).
Our holiday schedule below takes priority over our usual Monday-to-Friday dispatch service.

You can still place an order online during our closure. Orders will be processed when our scheduled dispatch service resumes.
Australia-Wide Express Delivery
Our usual estimated Express Post delivery timeframe is 1–4 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. Please allow additional time during the Christmas rush and around public holidays.
Delivery estimates are a guide. We cannot promise arrival on a particular day or delivery before Christmas. Australia Post does not make its usual parcel deliveries on public holidays, including Express Post deliveries.
Express shipping is $12.95 to one Australian address, with free Express shipping on eligible orders over $140. Your tracking details will be emailed after dispatch.

Sending to a Hospital, Workplace or Holiday Address
Before ordering, please check that your recipient will be at the delivery address during the expected delivery period.
For workplace deliveries, allow time before the business closes for Christmas. For hospital deliveries, confirm that parcels are accepted and that the recipient is likely to remain there long enough to receive the gift. Hospital mailrooms may add time before a parcel reaches the patient.
If your recipient is travelling, consider sending to an address where someone can safely receive the parcel.
